The Trainer Development Conference is designed to develop and improve the skills of both veteran and prospective trainers..
  • University of Scouting
Held once per year, usually in January, at Barbara Goleman High School, this full day allows. training for all Leaders and Venturing Crew Officers. The Training Team of South Florida Council presents this opportunity for supplemental training for all adult leaders.

The units you represent gain an experienced, educated and posititive "friend" in Scouting. ALL commissioners and prospective commissioners are urged to attend this three day training for the benefit of our Scouting Youth.
  • Wood Badge
Wood Badge is the most advanced training available for Scout Leaders who are involved in the programs of the Boy Scouts of America. Baden-Powell designed it so that Scouters could learn, in as practical a way possible, the skills and methods of Scouting.
